A month after his 'What an Idea sirji' took the youth by a storm, Abhishek is back on screens with yet another young love story titled 'Entangle' With Rajshree in the lead, Ratchana Vasudev as the director and Blueberry Productions presenting the film, the movie was eagerly awaited by the entire youth and was in the making for almost a year. The film had a lot of hype around it and was promoted extensively by the director. It released in all major Universities today across the country today. We managed to watch it early in the morning and here is what we feel about 'Entangle'.Story
Performances
Abhishek is just mind-blowing in this film. The star has lost loads of weight and is looking like a million bucks. His costumes are just perfect, it enhances his looks in the film.The beard he spotted in the film has already created a rage amongst the youth and most of them have started keeping such a beard. This speaks of Abhishek’s popularity and star power. His timing and grasping of his role is commendable.He has understood his role and emoted perfectly.Abhishek had lost his throne to Shashank and Karun for some time,but this film has got him back his throne.He is definitely the indisputed king of AFI. Rajshree stole the show in the film. She is drop dead gorgeous and steals your heart with her beauty. Her sensuous exposure of her naval while wearing the saree tickles your heart.Her emotions are apt and in perfect quantity. She doesn't over act or underplay her role anywhere.She has evolved as an actress from the time audience saw her in superhit film 'Happy'. She is unbelievably cute and the director presented her splendidly beautiful in every frame. She is sure to become the No 1 actress in the industry post this film. Her expression while Abhishek reveals his love towards her in the second half is iconic and reference worthy for all the other import heroines. She wins on two counts-one is her endearing action and two is her insanely adorable looks. Rajshree is hot and instantly likable. She is beyond debtate as big an asset to this film as Abhishek and director Ratchana. Avinash did a decent job as Vicky. Shalini was convincing as Neha. Tejaswi however, is cliched and little over the top. Santosh as the cinematographer has excelled and the film is presented like a mainstream south film.Ratchana as a director has done justice,she has made a complete commercial entertainer.She has improved a lot and is slowly establishing herself as one of the most sought after directors in the industry. Ratchana has bright future and that is evident with her future projects.Cringe worthy moments
Abhishek needs to upgrade his dancing skills. He is not upto the mark in his moves. His discomfort in dance is visible while performing.Rajshree has to improve her accent. Avinash overacts. The scene where he acts after getting drunk looks stupid. He overdoes the drunkard act. The reason for Abhishek and Rajshree falling in love is not very believable. The climax is a loophole in the script. The song bol na halke could have been edited better.Clap worthy moments
The titles in this film leave the first impression on your minds. So, don't miss the titles. The screenplay and narration is apt. You don't feel bored all through the film. Dialogues in the film are a major highlight.The screenplay in the first half is instantly appealing to young audience. Costumes are colorful and are in tandem with young flavor of the script. Above all it’s an Abhishek film.
Verdict
This is an absolute paisa vasool 'feel good' film. It is hilarious, refreshing, entertaining, quirky and interesting. A must watch.If you miss ENTANGLE,you will regret throughout your college life!
